The ETHOS Academy Leadership Development Program brings proven military leadership strategies to civilian organizations using the same concepts taught to Army Rangers, Special Operations Forces and executive military leaders. These concepts develop leaders trained to act with moral courage.

• In-person training or through our virtual platform that includes a three-hour virtual adaptive ethics program broken down into one-hour modules that can be completed at work or at home.
• Interactive in-person or virtual instruction taught by expert instructors, utilizing slides, videos, worksheets, and handouts to train ethics and character development in a meaningful way.
• Dynamic in-person classes or easy to use on-line training platform with individualized user accounts for each employee. Both in-person and virtual classes provide interactive training drills, thought provoking videos, and training certificates.
