Michael W. Staropol

Attorney at Law

“As a lawyer who has represented hundreds of police officers over the past 25 years I can sincerely vouch for the genuine need for ETHOS training in today’s police agencies. The current social climate creates a very difficult atmosphere for the men and women who have taken the oath and risk their lives every day in order to keep our communities safe. Law enforcement agencies themselves need to stand up, take responsibility, and shoulder the burden for providing the training and leadership that will enable today’s officers to bridge the gap between their employment requirements and community expectations.”
